Assisted in the migration of Availity's proprietary application, EPro, into the AWS Cloud, including planning for how to migrate certain pieces of code from on-prem solutions to Terraform and Docker driven microservices

During migration, additionally focused on fixing legacy bugs as well as adding hot ticket features that stretched across multiple different services hosted by Availity including coverages, remittances, claims and client support demanding on the fly planning and replanning as needed with key stakeholders

Documented new functionality in runbooks that would be geared towards clients getting up to speed on how to configure new capabilities

Introduced and hosted team retrospectives for the team as a way to identify key areas of improvement and highlight any wins at an individual and team level
